About Galice
Galice came to me as a rescue from the Humane Society of Central Oregon. While we don't know her exact history, I do think she originated from Alaskan Husky racing lines in Washington State. Turned in to the shelter by someone who said they found her as a stray in Washington, Galice was terrified of anything having to do with humans. In her 3 1/2 years here at Tumnatki Kennels, that has changed. Galice loves being a part of the sled dog team and is quite happy in the kennel. No longer afraid, she will always have her quirks. When Galice wants to be "caught", she puts herself into a spare dog house and sticks her head out to look for me.... "See, I'm here, I want to go, put a leash on me now...."
