Quinn
Tumnatki’s Alpine Star  (Quinn)
Age In Photo: 5 months

DOB: 1-9-04 (Tumnatki’s Comet by Tumnatki’s Mizzen )

Quinn is the pup from the “Handsome Boys” litter who I accidentally sold!  The same day that I told a friend I was keeping the whole litter, I received an e-mail from Liz Snyder in California saying she was ready to start training her next competition obedience dog….did I know of anything available that would be to her liking….? (Remember that Liz took her first dog from me, Ringo, to be the top AKC Obedience Siberian in the U.S. in 2002. When Liz asks for a dog, you can be sure I will look to see if I have “the right pup” to offer!)  Without being sure why, I e-mailed her a photo of the “Handsome Boys”……she was on my doorstep (10 hours away) on my next day off! Liz spent the day with the two pups in contention and finally decided on Quinn. The deal was sealed when she then let the pups’ “Uncle Ringo”, in with the litter. Ringo immediately gravitated to Quinn and engaged him in play; choice confirmed! Quinn is a high-drive, energetic pup who will be an excellent competition dog for Liz, as well as keeping her on her toes! And, like his brothers, he’s just sooooo HANDSOME!!

update 11/06- I am proud to report that Quinn earned his Rally Novice (RN) in three straight shows, scoring 99 out 100 possible points on his first two times out! He is already in advanced obedience training and should be making his debut in that arena before long
